In this section, I will be analysing how much magazines cost and also the average amount of pages they tend to have. I will be doing this to see which magazines are more expensive and also how much information they usually contain. I am going to be comparing five different magazines in this section (Mojo, Q, Billboard and Kerrang ). In my opinion, the price of a magazine is dependent on how much content it includes. I also believe that if a magazine is expensive, it will be published less often and contain a larger amount of content, in comparison to a magazine published frequently which would cost less and contain less content. I did this research to have a view of what my own magazine will need to contain from looking at other magazines. I also did this, to understand what kind of price my mass market audience would most likely pay for.
